At PhotoHeirloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans and credit packs.

Subscription Refunds

For monthly and annual subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
  • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period

Credit Pack Refunds

For AI credit pack purchases:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
  • Partial refunds may be available if fewer than 50% of credits have been used

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • AI credits that have already been consumed
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy
